Return Your Equipment to “Patient-Ready” Condition

“Patient-ready” condition means that all medical equipment that leaves our facility has been tested to meet all manufacturer specifications and is ready for the immediate use on patients. All testing procedures performed by J2S Medical are done so utilizing OEM-approved test equipment, which are routinely tested and calibrated for accuracy.

Quality Work Guaranteed

All equipment sent to J2S Medical will be repaired and returned Patient Ready with a warranty (30 day warranty for used parts, 90 days for new parts and 1 year for non-OEM parts). Equipment will include a copy of the preventative maintenance form detailing all tests performed according to OEM specifications.

** Returning goods for warranty repair on an out-of-box failure must be received within 30 days of delivery. The error displayed must also be the same as was corrected initially. If J2S technicians diagnose a separate error, than an estimate will be prepared for customer review.
